Flagrant Fouls
3:31 3rd Quarter-The crew chief Marc Davis communicated with the Replay Center to determine if the foul committed by the Thunder’s Steven Adams met the criteria for a flagrant foul. After review Adams was assessed a common foul as the foul penalty.
