Flagrant Fouls
9:16 4th Quarter- The crew chief Pat Fraher communicated with the Replay Center to determine if the foul committed by the Wizards Austin Rivers met the criteria for a flagrant foul. After the review Rivers was assessed a common foul as the foul penalty.
