Clear-Path-To-The Basket-Foul
5:55 3rd Quarter – Referees Ed Malloy, Nick Buchert, and JT Orr communicated with the Replay Center to determine the penalty after the Timberwolves Mo Williams was called for a foul. After review the referees determined that Williams’ foul did not meet the criteria for a clear path foul and Williams was assessed a common foul as the foul penalty.
