Off-Ball Fouls
00:48.4 1st Quarter- The crew communicated with Replay Center official Kevin Scott to determine if the off-ball foul committed by the Pelicans Andrew Harrison took place prior to the Thunder’s Dennis Schroder beginning his upward shooting motion. After the review it was determined that Harrison committed the foul before Schroder was in his shooting motion. Schroder’s field goal was then negated.
