Flagrant Fouls
1:57 3rd Quarter- The crew chief Kane Fitzgerald communicated with the Replay Center to determine if the foul committed by the Raptors OG Anunoby met the criteria for a flagrant foul. After the review Anunoby was assessed a common foul as the foul penalty.
