Clear-Path-To-The Basket-Foul

5:52 1^st Quarter-Referees Ron Garretson, Mark Lindsay, and Haywoode Workman communicated with the Replay Center to determine the penalty after the Wizards Paul Pierce was called for a foul.  After the review Pierce was assessed a common foul not a clear path foul as the foul penalty.
