Flagrant Fouls

10:02 4^th Quarter-The crew chief Scott Foster communicated with the Replay Center to determine if the foul committed by the Wizards Mike Scott met the criteria for a flagrant foul. After review Scott was assessed a flagrant foul type 1 as the foul penalty.
