Off-Ball Fouls
5:35 3rd Quarter-The crew communicated with Replay Center official Derrick Collins to determine if the off-ball foul committed by the Jazz’s Jae Crowder took place prior to the Thunder’s Carmelo Anthony releasing his inbound pass. After review it was determined that Crowder committed the off-ball foul before Anthony released his inbound pass. Crowder was then assessed an away from the play foul.
