Off-Ball Fouls
5:38 2nd Quarter-The crew communicated with Replay Center official Pat Fraher to determine if the off-ball foul committed by the Heat’s Josh Richardson took place prior to the 76ers Ben Simmons releasing his inbound pass. After review it was determined that Richardson committed the off-ball foul before Simmons released his inbound pass. Richardson was then assessed an away from the play foul.
