Off-Ball Fouls
8:29 2nd Quarter-The crew communicated with Replay Center official Karl Lane to determine if the off-ball foul committed by the Rockets Gerald Green took place prior to the Timberwolves Derrick Rose releasing his inbound pass. After review it was determined that Green committed the off-ball foul before Rose released his pass. Green was then assessed an away from the play foul.
