Flagrant Fouls

4:06 1^st Quarter-The crew chief James Capers communicated with the Replay Center to determine if the foul committed by the Pelicans E’Twaun Moore met the criteria for a flagrant foul. After review Moore was assessed a common foul as the foul penalty.
