2:04 2nd Quarter-The crew chief James Capers communicated with the Replay Center to determine if the foul committed by the Trail Blazers CJ McCollum met the criteria for a flagrant foul. After review McCollum was assessed a flagrant foul type 1. In addition the Pelicans E’Twaun Moore was assessed a technical foul after review.
