21.9 4th Quarter – The crew communicated with Replay Center official Tony Brown to determine if the foul committed on the Wizards’ Kelly Oubre occurred prior to the shot clock expiring while attempting a 2pt or 3pt field goal. After review it was determined that the foul occurred prior to the shot clock expiring while attempting a 2pt field goal.
