7:55 4th Quarter-The crew chief Marc Davis communicated with the Replay Center to determine if the foul committed by the Thunder’s Raymond Felton met the criteria for a flagrant foul. After review Felton was assessed a common foul as the foul penalty. In addition Felton and the Jazz’s Rudy Gobert were assessed a double technical foul after review.
