22.3 3rd Quarter – The crew communicated with Replay Center official Justin Van Duyne to determine if the foul committee by the Mavericks’ Dwight Powell occurred prior to the upwards shooting motion of the Pelicans’ Anthony Davis. After review, it was determined that the foul did occur prior to the upwards shooting motion.
