Flagrant Fouls
5:55 3rd Quarter- The crew chief Marc Davis communicated with the Replay Center to determine if the foul committed by the Suns Devin Booker met the criteria for a flagrant foul. After the review Booker was assessed a flagrant foul type 1 as the foul penalty.
