Flagrant Fouls
11:19 4th Quarter – Referees Scott Foster, Bill Kennedy, and Leon Wood communicated with the Replay Center to determine the penalty after the Wizards Kevin Seraphin was called for a foul. After review the referees ruled that Seraphin’s foul did not meet the criteria for a flagrant foul and Seraphin was assessed a common foul as the foul penalty.
