Flagrant Fouls
3:49 4th Quarter-The crew chief Mike Callahan communicated with the Replay Center to determine if the foul committed by the Cavaliers JR Smith met the criteria for a flagrant foul. After review Smith was assessed a flagrant foul type 1 as the foul penalty. Smith and the Celtics Marcus Smart were also assessed a double technical foul after review.
