Off-Ball Fouls
1:25 4th Quarter- The crew communicated with Replay Center official Dedric Taylor to determine if the off-ball foul committed by the Kings De’Aaron Fox took place prior to the Trail Blazers Damian Lillard beginning his upward shooting motion. After the review it was determined that Fox committed the foul before Lillard was in his shooting motion. Lillard’s field goal was then negated.
