12.3 2nd Overtime – The crew communicated with Replay Center official Kevin Scott to determine if the foul committed by the Spurs DeMar DeRozan occurred prior to the upwards shooting motion of the Thunder’s Paul George. After review, it was determined that the foul did occur prior to the upwards shooting motion.
