Flagrant Fouls
7:32 3rd Quarter- The crew chief John Goble communicated with the Replay Center to determine if the foul committed by the Thunder’s Russell Westbrook met the criteria for a flagrant foul. After the review Westbrook was assessed a common foul as the foul penalty.
