3:48 2nd Quarter-The crew communicated with Replay Center official Tony Brothers to determine if the off-ball foul committed by the Rockets’ Carmelo Anthony took place prior to the Nets’ D’Angelo Russell starting his upward shooting motion. After review it was determined that Anthony committed the foul before Russell started his upward motion.
