Off-Ball Fouls
1:59 1st Quarter- The crew communicated with Replay Center official Mark Lindsay to determine if the off-ball foul committed by the Grizzlies Wayne Selden took place prior to the Suns Devin Booker beginning his upward shooting motion. After the review it was determined that Selden committed the foul before Booker was in his shooting motion. Booker’s field goal was then negated.
