2:46 1st Quarter – The crew communicated with the Replay Center to review the player altercation between the Nuggets’ Mason Plumlee and the Jazz’ Derrick Favors. After review it was determined that Favors and Plumlee would be assessed double technical fouls and ejected from the game.
