9:54 1st Quarter – The crew communicated with Replay Center official James Williams to determine if the Jazz’ Joe Ingles was in the upward shooting motion at the time of the foul committed by the Raptors’ Danny Green on the Jazz’ Rudy Gobert. After review it was determined Ingles was not in the upward shooting motion.
