4:54 1st Quarter- The crew chief Tony Brothers communicated with the Replay Center to determine if the foul committed by the Celtics Marcus Morris met the criteria for a flagrant foul. After the review Morris was assessed a flagrant foul type 1 as the foul penalty and a technical foul was assessed to the Suns T.J. Warren for the action that occurred in the backcourt prior to the foul.
