Clear-Path-To-The Basket-Foul
8:07 4th Quarter- Referees Bill Spooner, Bennie Adams, and Ben Taylor communicated with the Replay Center to determine the penalty after the foul committed by Jazz’s Elijah Millsap. After review the referees determined that Millsap’s foul did not meet the criteria for a clear path foul and Millsap was assessed a common foul as the foul penalty.
