7:45 3rd Quarter – The crew communicated with Replay Center official Phenizee Ransom to determine if the foul committed by the Spurs’ Rudy Gay occurred prior to the shot clock expiring. After review, the ruling was the foul occurred prior to the shot clock expiring.
