10:39 3rd Quarter – The crew communicated with the Replay Center to determine if the foul committed by the Sixers’ Jimmy Butler met the criteria for a flagrant foul. Prior to review the ruling was that Butler would be assessed an offensive foul and after review no further penalties would be assessed.
