Off-Ball Fouls
11:14 4th Quarter- The crew communicated with Replay Center official Brandon Adair to determine if the off-ball foul committed by the Pelicans Frank Jackson took place prior to the Spurs Marco Belinelli beginning his upward shooting motion. After the review it was determined that Jackson committed the foul before Belinelli was in his shooting motion. Belinelli’s field goal was then negated.
