Clear-Path-To-The Basket-Foul
7:36 2nd Quarter – Referees Bill Kennedy, Tony Brown, and JT Orr communicated with the Replay Center to determine the penalty after the Hornets Lance Stephenson was called for a foul. After review the referees ruled that Stephenson’s foul did not meet the criteria for a clear path foul and Stephenson was assessed a common foul as the foul penalty.
