Flagrant Fouls

6:57 3^rd Quarter – Referees David Jones, Nick Buchert, and Dedric Taylor communicated with the Replay Center to determine the penalty after the Raptors Greivis Vasquez was called for a foul. After review the referees ruled that Vasquez’s foul did not meet the criteria for a flagrant foul and Vasquez was assessed a common foul as the foul penalty.
