Flagrant Fouls

10:18 3^rd Quarter – Referees Bill Kennedy, Tony Brown, and JT Orr communicated with the Replay Center to determine the penalty after the Cavaliers J.R. Smith was called for a foul. After review the referees ruled that Smith’s foul met the criteria for a flagrant foul and Smith was assessed a flagrant foul type 1 as the foul penalty.
