10:04 4th Quarter – Referees Derrick Stafford, Derrick Collins, and Leroy Richardson communicated with the Replay Center to determine the penalty after the Knicks Carmelo Anthony was called for a foul. After review the referees ruled that Anthony’s foul did not meet the criteria for a clear path foul and Anthony was assessed a common foul as the foul penalty.
