9:39 3rd Quarter – The crew communicated with Replay Center official Natalie Sago to determine if the foul committed by the Mavericks’ Tim Hardaway Jr. occurred prior to the upwards shooting motion of the Heat’s Justise Winslow. After review, it was determined that the foul occurred prior to the upwards shooting motion.
