3:17 3rd Quarter – The crew communicated with Replay Center official Mark Lindsay to determine if the foul committed by the Raptors’ OG Anunoby occurred prior to the upwards shooting motion of the Heat’s Dwayne Wade. After review it was determined that Wade was not in the upwards shooting motion at the time of the foul.
