10:45 4th Quarter – The crew communicated with Replay Center official Mark Lindsay to determine if the foul committed by the Blazers’ Evan Turner occurred prior to the upwards shooting motion of the Clippers’ Mike Scott. After review it was determined that the foul occurred prior to the upwards shooting motion.
