Off-Ball Fouls
1:21 4th Quarter- The crew communicated with Replay Center official CJ Washington to determine if the off-ball foul committed by the Timberwolves Taj Gibson took place prior to the inbounds pass. After the review it was determined that Gibson committed the foul before the inbounds pass and an away from the play foul was committed.
