9:38 3rd Quarter – The crew communicated with Replay Center official Zach Zarba to determine if the foul committed by the Warriors’ DeMarcus Cousins occurred prior to the upwards shooting motion of the Kings’ Harrison Barnes. After review, it was determined that the foul occurred prior to the upwards shooting motion.
