9:51 4th Quarter- The crew communicated with Replay Center official Mousa Dagher to determine if the foul committed by the Trail Blazers’ Enes Kanter occurred prior to the upwards shooting motion of the Cavaliers’ Larry Nance Jr. After review, it was determined that the foul occurred prior to the upwards shooting motion.
