Flagrant Fouls
5:01 3rd Quarter- The crew communicated with the Replay Center to determine if the foul committed by the Hawks’ Vince Carter met the criteria for a flagrant foul. After review, it was determined that Carter would be assessed a flagrant foul type 1.
