7:50 3rd Quarter – The crew communicated with Replay Center official Kane Fitzgerald to determine if the foul committed by the Raptors’ Serge Ibaka occurred prior to the upwards shooting motion of the Nuggets’ Jamal Murray. After review the ruling was that the foul occurred prior to the upwards shooting motion.
