Clear-Path-To-The Basket-Foul

8:26 2^nd Quarter – Referees Ed Malloy, Mitchell Ervin, and Brian Forte communicated with the Replay Center to determine the penalty after the Pelicans Quincy Pondexter was called for a foul. After review the referees ruled that Pondexter’s foul met the criteria for a clear path foul and Pondexter was assessed a clear path foul as the foul penalty.
