Clear-Path-To-The Basket-Foul
10:14 2nd Quarter – Referees Ken Mauer, Michael Smith and Haywoode Workman communicated with the Replay Center to determine the penalty after the Pacer’s CJ Watson was called for a foul. After review the referees ruled that Watson’s foul did meet the criteria for a clear path foul and was assessed a clear path foul as the foul penalty.
