Flagrant Fouls

5:41 2^nd Quarter – Referees Tony Brothers, Steve Anderson and Kevin Scott communicated with the Replay Center to determine the penalty after the Heat’s James Ennis was called for a foul. After review the referees ruled that Ennis foul did not meet the criteria for a flagrant foul and was assessed a common foul as the foul penalty.
