Flagrant Fouls
7:57 4th Quarter – Referees Marc Davis, Curtis Blair and Kane Fitzgerald communicated with the Replay Center to determine the penalty after the Bulls Aaron Brooks was called for a foul. After review the referees ruled that Brooks foul did not meet the criteria for a flagrant foul and was assessed a common foul as the foul penalty.
