8:07 3rd Quarter – The crew communicated with Replay Center official Jonathan Sterling to determine if the foul committed by the Bulls’ Wayne Selden occurred prior to the upwards shooting motion of the Blazers’ Al-Farouq Aminu. After review, it was determined that the foul occurred after the upwards shooting motion.
