Flagrant Fouls

00:15.9  4^th Quarter – Referees Derrick Stafford, David Guthrie and Marat Kogut communicated with the Replay Center to determine the penalty after the Rocket’s James Harden was called for a foul. After review the referees ruled that Harden’s foul met the criteria for a flagrant foul and was assessed a flagrant foul type 1 as the foul penalty.
