3.6 2nd Quarter – The crew communicated with Replay Center official Jonathan Sterling to determine if the foul committed by the Pelicans’ Solomon Hill occurred prior to the ball being inbounded. After review, the ruling was that the foul occurred prior to the ball inbounded.
