Shot Clock Violation
End of 2nd Quarter – The crew communicated with Replay Center official Bennie Adams to determine if the field goal made by the Blazers’ Damian Lillard was released prior to the shot clock expiring. Initially, the ruling was a successful made field goal, and after review, the ruling was overturned to a shot clock violation.
